Campus Visit: Designing Your Work Life

Join us in Manhattanville for a session designed to elevate your Executive MBA application. The program will include a workshop with the Career Management Center and an Application Q&A with the EMBA admissions team. 

Career Management Center Workshop
Working on an EMBA application can be a good time to pause and evaluate your current situation – in work and in life. In this session, we will discuss how to utilize design thinking and a growth mindset to evaluate not just your immediate career aspirations, but the meaning you attach to work, how to reconnect to your aspirations, and how this ties into doing an EMBA program. These mindsets will help you better enjoy the present moment and attain freedom to prototype a new future without necessarily exiting your current position. We will provide a framework for thinking about how to match your passions and talents to meet significant needs in the world.   

Application Q&A 
Members of the EMBA admissions team will provide a brief overview of the application process and answer any questions you may have.

As you prepare for your visit to campus, please take a moment to review the below guidelines:

• Registration is required. If you are bringing a guest, please be sure to register them as well.  
• Please be prepared to show a government-issued ID when you arrive to campus.
• Columbia University does not have a COVID-19 vaccine mandate at this time. However, it is strongly recommended that all visitors follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 vaccination. If you are experiencing any symptoms or feeling under the weather, we ask that you please cancel your registration and visit our website for future virtual and on-campus events. Individuals may decide to mask based on their own circumstances and preferences.
